These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of TCG AI SIM (“the site”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

TCG AI SIM is a free, non-commercial fan project for browsing cards, building decks, and watching AI-simulated matches and skill ratings. It is provided for entertainment and educational purposes. Simulation results, ratings, and recommendations are estimates produced by software and are not guarantees of real-game outcomes.

Eligibility and accounts

You may browse the site without an account. To save decks or track a collection you sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your country.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe others’ rights when using the site;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, its accounts, or its infrastructure;
  • scrape, copy, or resell the service in bulk, or use it to build a competing product;
  • misuse the site in any way that harms other users or us.

Your content

The decks and collection data you create remain yours. By saving them on the site you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process them as needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Intellectual property

Card images, card text, names, artwork, and related game details are property of their respective rights holders, including Eiichiro Oda/Shueisha, Toei Animation, and Bandai.

This site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those rights holders. All trademarks and copyrighted material belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the cards and game the site simulates.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. The site is a free hobby project offered without charge.

Termination

You may stop using the site and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the site and its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law
